What’s Going On

It’s been a while since I’ve done a real update about my online ventures, I hope these kind of posts will be more consistent from now on, when I was doing this before it kept me focused on my targets and I hope it will have the same effect now.

Here are some of the things I’m doing and some to-do-listed tasks:

Hiring bloggers Hiring bloggers - This is the thing I’m most excited about, I’ve done it before but it was through web development forums and the writers weren’t really blog-savvy so it didn’t go very well.

This time I decided to post on a very well known job board and was overwhelmed with the amount of applications I got, of course most of them were either inexperienced, asking for too much or just not compatible.

I already signed a contract with a very talented author who’s very motivated, I’m in the talks with another gal who worked at a lot of the A-list entertainment blogs and an inexperienced, but a very determined guy who will go on a trial period before he’s approved as an author.

I’m offering the authors a flat-rate fee plus a share off advertisement income to make their paycheck dependent on the blog’s income, thus motivating them to do the job at their best. If this works out - the site’s traffic should go back to about 750K/month and earnings should be back into steady 4 figures a month.

Waiting for a refund Waiting for a refund - Actually the refund is waiting for me. I’ve bought a site which turned out to be a huge disappointment, luckily I signed a legal contract with the seller that included a money-back-guarantee after 7 days.

The only thing is - The money for the site was wired through my bank, and I’ve been too lazy to call them and get my transfer details. $1500 are sitting there waiting for me and I’m being a lazy bastard.

Buying passive income sites Buying passive income sites - This is something I’ve been trying to do for about 2 months now, with little success. I know that if I acted a bit faster in some cases I could’ve sealed those deals, but I’d rather be on the safe side than get burned with a bargain.

I’m looking for anything that requires little to zero maintenance - proxies, resource sites, CPA landing pages, etc..

My next steps with AlleNation My next steps with AlleNation - My ideas for this blog are kinda archived for now, at least since I get a reasonable amount of consistent traffic. I’ve got plans to redesign very soon, start offering SEO & blogging services and build a community core around this place.

See you around,
Allen

Nomar?! is that you?

I knew you went somewhere, figured you you couldn’t have left blogging for good. You should’ve told you’re at monetize pro, did you register or buy that domain?

Anyway, nice to see you around again..
