It’s been a bit more than 5 months since I last logged into allenation.com/wp-admin to check comments, incoming links and write a new post. There’s a lot to write about, but I don’t want to get things too complicated, too dramatic or too boring.

Bottom line is - I’m back. I wanted to come back a day after I left, but the army was coming and the most probable destination then was a combat unit, which was also desire, which would eliminate any chance of having internet access for the next 3 years.

Fast forward 5 months and I’m not in a combat unit, there are things I can’t discuss, so let’s just say I’m not in a combat unit, and my army service in the IDF is very similar to a job with unpredictable and unlimited work-hours.

I cannot guarantee that AlleNation will be the same blog you used to visit 6 months ago; Actually - I can almost guarantee you it won’t be. I am in the army after all, and there may be days even weeks in which I won’t post.

Lately I have been more of an observer at the blogosphere more than anything else, which brings me back with a bit of rust, but hopefully also with a broader perception of this industry.

I’m aware of the vast amount of readership and reputation that faded slowly from this blog, but I know some of you are still looking from time to time, so without any further explanations - and with no fancy promises - just a strong passion to write, let’s blog and roll!
